The retreat will span over 1.5 days, allowing participants ample time to immerse themselves in the experience. On the first night, we have planned a special and relaxed bonfire story time, creating a cozy atmosphere for sharing and connecting.The following day promises a full day of engaging trailering events, designed to challenge and inspire.
Through innovative negotiations and interactive activities, we aim to foster personal growth and empathy among all participants.To conclude the day, we have arranged an exclusive cocktail hour with our experienced coaches. This intimate setting will provide an opportunity for further discussions and networking, allowing you to make valuable connections.
Every one of us has a moment of negative impact that we think back on from time to time. It could be when someone made us feel ‘less than’ or unworthy. Maybe we were treated poorly, judged unfairly, or made an example of for no good reason.
The first night of the retreat we will be sharing our horror stories around the campfire. Come prepared to vent about that moment in your life and speak that negativity out loud among a group of supportive women in a cozy, relaxed atmosphere.
We’ll roast marshmallows, make s’mores, and enjoy a few cocktails.
Feel free to write your story down and ceremoniously burn it up!

Session 1
In session one, you'll learn about Tactical Empathy and how it can help you influence the people in your life in a positive way. You’ll gain an understanding of how to get the mindset of an influential woman.

One-hour lunch gives you a chance to network while processing and discussing what you've learned in the morning.

Session 2
In session two, you'll learn how to use tactical empathy with your influential mindset to achieve greater success in all areas of your life. You’ll get introduced to the Black Swan skills that are specifically beneficial for women to use and get practice with using them appropriately through several exercises.

About The
Coaches
Sandy Hein is a Negotiation Instructor and Coach at The Black Swan Group. She has been with the company since December 2011 and transitioned to a full-time role in July 2020.
As one of our instructors and coaches, Marcella Oakley has unique experience in both law enforcement and Real Estate. Her diverse work history and background makes her an outstanding addition to The Black Swan Group.
